Ship parts fabrication for shipyards

October 8, 2026  ·  Indumor

Shipyard cranes at a naval port

A ship is thousands of steel parts, and no yard can fabricate them all in-house. At Indumor we work as a satellite shop for boat builders and ship repairers: they send the drawing, we deliver the assembly ready to install on board.

What we fabricate for the marine sector

  • Ladders and railings: accommodation ladders, stairs and handrails in carbon and stainless steel.
  • Doors and hatches: service doors, access covers and frames to print.
  • Equipment foundations: seats for auxiliary engines, pumps and deck equipment.
  • Welded assemblies: stiffeners, supports, guards and replacement parts to drawing.
  • Machined components: shafts, bushings and parts from our own machine shop.

What a yard needs from a supplier

Parts that fit first time — on board there is no room for rework. Every assembly ships with dimensional verification, and materials are documented for the traceability the sector demands. Welding is MIG/TIG by qualified welders, in carbon, galvanized and stainless.

From our shop to your dock

We fabricate in Córdoba, Argentina and ship to your yard anywhere, with packaging for long transport. For series (one class, several identical hulls) we build fixtures that guarantee hull 5 gets the same part as hull 1 — at Argentine manufacturing costs.
