Machine frames & chassis

CNC machining of welded machine frames

The exact base your machine is built on

We fabricate frames, bases and chassis for agricultural and industrial machinery, working directly from the manufacturer drawings. Cutting, welding and machining happen in one plant, so we hold the tolerances direct component assembly demands: bearing seats, guides, shafts and drives.

For production series we build welding fixtures that make every frame identical to the last, unit after unit — the consistency OEM assembly lines need.

What we deliver

  • Agricultural equipment frames: for seeders, trailers, mixers and farm machinery.
  • Industrial chassis: for process equipment, conveyors and special machines.
  • Bases and bedplates: rigid structures with machined mounting surfaces.
  • Machining after welding: seats, guides and threads machined on the welded frame.
  • Repeatable series: welding fixtures for consistent production runs.

How we work

1. Engineering on your print

We study the assembly and define welding and machining sequence.

2. Cut and weld

Laser-cut parts and fixture welding that controls distortion.

3. Final machining

Critical dimensions machined after welding — they come out exact.
