Welding of custom steel tanks

Tanks built to your spec, in our own plant

We fabricate custom steel tanks and vessels for industry and agriculture: water and liquid storage, hoppers, trays and process vessels. The whole cycle happens in our plant: laser cutting, shell rolling, MIG/TIG welding and finishing.

Carbon or stainless steel according to contents and use, with the fittings your installation needs: manholes, flanged or threaded connections, legs, saddles, ladders and railings.

What we deliver

  • Storage tanks: water and non-pressurized liquids, vertical or horizontal.
  • Hoppers and trays: for grain, pellets, aggregates and bulk material, with support structure.
  • Process vessels: vats, tubs and stainless vessels for food and chemical service.
  • Fittings and access: manholes, connections, legs, ladders and platforms.
  • Repairs and modifications: reinforcement, new connections and adaptation of existing tanks.

1. Technical definition

Capacity, material, thickness and fittings per contents and site.

2. Cutting and rolling

Laser-cut developments and shells rolled up to 1.5" plate.

3. Welding and test

MIG/TIG welding, water tightness test, finish or paint per use.
