"When can I have it?" is the second question in every RFQ (price is the first). The honest answer: it depends on stages you do not all see. Here is the real timeline of a typical project at Indumor, so you know what to expect and what you can accelerate yourself.
From the general arrangement to shop drawings: every piece with its dimensions, holes and welds. If your project arrives with detail engineering done, this stage almost disappears — which is why a good RFQ speeds up everything.
Common plate and profiles ship from local stock in days. Large sections, special grades or specific stainless can take weeks. Tip: built-up girders are sometimes faster than waiting for an imported rolled section.
Cutting, fit-up, welding, verification. A simple platform ships in days; a complete building package takes weeks. This is where the integrated plant makes the difference: no queues between subcontracted shops.
Paint in our plant: days. Hot-dip galvanizing adds the galvanizer’s cycle (typically a week). It gets planned from day one, not at the end. For export clients, add packing and freight — we quote door-to-door times up front.
Our rule: the date we give with the quote is the date we hit — because every stage happens inside our own plant.
Tell us the date and we confirm feasibility before quoting.
