We fabricate aboveground steel tanks for diesel, gasoline and other hydrocarbons, serving fuel distributors, farms, mining camps and industries with on-site consumption. Design and fabrication follow API 650 (large vertical tanks) and UL 142 guidelines (shop-built horizontal and vertical tanks), with documented non-destructive testing: weld radiography and dye penetrant inspection.
Every tank ships with its fabrication and test protocol — the paperwork your insurer, auditor or regulator will ask for, prepared from day one.
Quote my tank400 to 16,000 gallons (1,500–60,000 L), horizontal on saddles or vertical on legs. Single or double wall with interstitial leak detection. For diesel, gasoline and lubricants.
What UL 142 means →13,000 to 130,000+ gallons (50–500+ m³), flat bottom and cone roof, erected in our plant or on your site. Rolled shell courses, qualified welding and per-standard testing for storage farms and distribution plants.
What API 650 means →110% containment dikes and trays, ladders and gauging platforms, fill and inspection ports, vents, flanged connections and piping to the dispenser or equipment.
Configure mine →Verifiable quality, not claimed quality
Radiography (RT)
X-ray film of butt welds per the API 650 examination plan, reported by a qualified NDT technician.
Dye penetrant (PT)
On nozzles, manways and reinforcements: reveals surface cracks the eye cannot see, before the tank leaves the shop.
Tightness test
Hydrostatic or controlled pneumatic test per tank type, documented in the delivery protocol.
Vacuum box
On API 650 bottoms: every floor seam verified with the vacuum box technique the standard calls for.
