Technical tables

Updated October 29, 2026  ·  Indumor

Dimensions, weights and properties to keep at hand in the shop, the engineering office and purchasing. Each table states the standard its values come from and includes a calculator to go from meters to kilograms.

We start with hot-rolled sections, and pipes, plates, bars, fasteners and cross-standard equivalents will follow.

Hot-rolled sections

IPN beam cross-section with dimensions: depth h, flange width b, thicknesses tw and tf, root radius r and 14 % flange slope

IPN beams

IPN 80 to 600 to DIN 1025-1: dimensions, weight per meter, inertia and section moduli, with a weight calculator.

UPN channel cross-section with dimensions: depth h, flange width b, thicknesses tw and tf, root radius r, centroid distance e and 8 % flange slope

UPN channels

UPN 50 to 400 to DIN 1026-1: dimensions, weight per meter, properties and centroid distance, with a calculator.
